La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is committed to the development of culinary expertise among young people, as part of its mission to maintain the best traditions of culinary excellence. Each year, up to 24 countries organize national competitions to name the Best Jeune Chef Rôtisseur (Best Young Chef Rôtisseur). The winner in each of these countries competes internationally to become the best Jeune Chef Rôtisseur in the world.
